How do I replace the battery?
Hi, not sure you can my friend, because and I know as I had to get inside mine to shut it up,,,there are 4 of these little monsters inside a size forget the name as of now, but are like a smaller size then a AAA and do a 1.2 volts, of the 4 only 3 of them are insulated, odd huh, and there are two you can get at, however they are glued, pinched, and soldered inplace when I tried to remove one a laser shot out at me, no just kidding, but I nearly destroyed the mother board and power input plug trying to pop one out, the other two are under the touch control called the UPPER ORION, seriously that is written on the board,,,probably where they keep the lazer. no lazer, but it does read Upper Orion. if you need to turn it off or manual reset it, which is like a reset on a human using a screw driver and jabbing it sever times in the brain, in other words doing this works but it wont work properly after, on the end of the upper orion there is a lip that slightly goes over the lower batteries near the power input, lift up on this to bring it off of the power poles at the connect ports. WATCH FOR THAT LASER!!!

First off a standing ovation for you! Bravo you got it to work and not just work but work well enough that you need to clean it! WOW...I am impressed. Well to answer your question and I know this because I had to pull it off the get inside to detach the power poles to stop this rather annoying beep that lasted for hours. Which worked then I found that if I hit the power button, it would scream again, so I rest it like before and then gave it a really, really good charging so when I take it back to walmart I will show the returns desk how annoying this thing can scream, know there is no way to shut it up I will amuse myself in the thought that this annoying thing will drive people NUTS. You pull the arms off one side at a time holding one while you work on the other. If you dont hold one out of lock, it will slide back into place while you try to get the other arm out.

Can it be used in the Shower?
Yes it can, actually and let's be honest here, You can operate anything in the shower. YES anything you want can come into the shower with you, seriously technically if you want and are determined you can bring all sorts of things into the shower with you. The TV, a mixer, microwave, car battery even a cell phone that's non-water proof. However, it's not safe nor will they work, at least not for long, and not after. So can this trimmer go into the shower with you? Yes, will it work, No, at least not for long and not after..
